Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrative professional to join our team at Carbon60 in Salisbury. As a key member of our admin and technical teams, you will be responsible for supporting the Asset Manager and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Main Job Duties
  • Support the Asset Manager in completing administrative tasks related to asset management.
  • Familiarize yourself with building assets, including boilers, HVAC units, and electrical systems.
  • Update the training matrix for soft and operational skills, ensuring compliance and seeking support from the EHS Coordinator when needed.
  • Administer workplace inspections and analyze waste data to produce relevant statistics.
  • Assist the technical team with timesheet data entry and other administrative duties.
  • Work closely with workplace managers to maintain purchase orders and distribution lists.
  • Provide expense support for both soft and technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate PPE records and ensure regular updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Facilities Administration is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Maximo is essential.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
