Job Summary

Carbon 60 seeks an experienced administrative professional to join their team in Salisbury as a Facilities Administration Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in facilities administration, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work independently.

You will be responsible for supporting asset managers, maintaining training records, and contributing to the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting asset managers with administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records.
  • Assisting with timesheet data entry.

For this position, we offer a competitive salary of up to £31,500 per annum and excellent company benefits, including discounts.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in facilities administration.
  • Maximo software proficiency.
  • Self-motivation, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT literacy with experience working with Microsoft Office software.
