Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to work onsite with Personnel Placements. The successful candidate will have full-time and part-time hours available, with a competitive salary of £33,000 for full-time hours, pro rata for part-time hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately document and monitor financial transaction details.
  • Prepare and file financial documents in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collaborate with project managers on project P&Ls.
  • Ensure accurate records of asset and stock management.
  • Fact-check accounting data for accuracy.
  • Regularly reconcile company accounts.
  • Process payroll and track payroll data meticulously.
  • Assist with tax payments and returns.
  • Manage services accounts and contracts, ensuring timely renewals and updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, finance, or accounts administrator.
  • Proficiency in using Xero and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
