Job Description

Bighornlaw is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Coordinator to support our growing team. As an Office Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing office supplies, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or office support role and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, email management, and scheduling appointments.
  • Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including filing systems, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and other special activities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A keen understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles and an understanding of workflow processes.
Compensation Package:

$19-$26 per hour, depending on experience.
