We are a leading provider of transport infrastructure services, seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage highways repairs and maintenance in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The Role: Highway Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of highway repair and maintenance projects.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience in highways or a related field, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
