Job Overview
A highly skilled Highways Supervisor is required to oversee the management, maintenance, and improvement of the A13 road in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the road network remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and technical knowledge.

About the Role
The Highways Supervisor will lead the site operations, developing work programmes to deliver the longevity of highway assets and reporting on asset management. They will also be responsible for managing depot operations, overseeing planned maintenance, and coordinating with contractors. The role requires excellent communication skills, a clean UK driver's licence, and experience with NEC contracts.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop work programmes to extend the life of highway assets and report on asset management
* Lead site operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and adherence to health and safety standards
* Manage depot operations, including coordination with maintenance crews and contractors

Requirements
* Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge of road infrastructure and maintenance procedures
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with ability to coordinate multiple contractors
* Clean UK driver's licence and experience with NEC contracts
