Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Repair and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Vox Network Consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience managing non-residential units, including garages, and parking schemes in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage garages, barrow stores, bike storage, and parking areas to maximize income from licenses.
  • Provide technical support in repair and maintenance management of the garages portfolio to address fire safety and health and safety issues.
  • Escalate any poor performance or breach of fire and/or health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Experience of managing non-residential units, including garages, and experience of managing parking schemes in both public and private sectors.
  • Surveying or similar qualification to HND level or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience of managing budgets and financial control.
  • Experience of managing repairs contracts and supervising contractors in a repairs environment.
  • Experience of fire safety and health and safety requirements and procedures and an understanding of risk management including risk assessments.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
  • PAYE via Umbrella.
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
