Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative.
  2. Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked.
  3. Deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works.
  4. Tracking and monitoring to completion.

About This Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford. The successful candidate will have experience working on a Social Housing contract, either for a main contractor or RSL (Social Landlord).

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have experience using repairs and maintenance software.
  • Will be able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades.

Salary:

£25,000 - £27,000 per annum.
