A responsive maintenance team within a South London Housing Association aims to enhance the lives of residents through efficient repair services. They are seeking a dedicated Repairs Coordinator to fill this temporary role, with potential for long-term employment.

As a key point of contact, you will manage interactions between residents and contractors regarding repair issues, handling incoming calls, logging requests, and coordinating with professionals to ensure timely and high-quality repairs. This position is crucial in delivering reliable service to our residents for all their maintenance needs.

Initially, you will work full-time in the office (5 days a week) to familiarize yourself with our team's processes. There may be flexibility to adjust your schedule to 4 days per week in the future, depending on performance and business requirements.
