**Job Title:** Repairs Coordinator

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of repairs and provide exceptional customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Triage and diagnose repairs to determine the best course of action.
  2. Analyze quotes, variation orders, and invoices to verify costs and works.
  3. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of repairs.
  4. Keep customers informed about progress and timelines.
  5. Record all interactions and updates in Workwise to ensure accurate reporting.
As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering high-quality results.
