We are seeking a skilled Repairs Administrator to join our team in North West London. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £28,000.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a can-do attitude, and experience in repairs and maintenance. If you have a background in administration and customer service, we would love to hear from you

About the Role:

  • Monitor all incoming inquiries and respond promptly
  • Raise repair orders efficiently
  • Handle client queries professionally
  • Manage general administrative tasks
  • Co-ordinate tenant repairs

What We're Looking For:

  • Able to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly
  • Preferably experience in repairs and maintenance, but full training will be provided
  • Candidates with Repairs Administrator or Planner experience in Maintenance or Social Housing will be highly regarded
