The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Road Repair Manager to manage highways repairs and maintenance across Hertfordshire.

You'll oversee supply chain partners, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all worksites.
  • Supervise and coordinate resources, subcontractors, and operatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Record site measurements, manage valuations, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and foster a positive team environment.
  • Review processes to drive improvements and maximise productivity.

About You:

  • Supervisory experience in highways or a similar field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of specialist treatments is a plus.
  • Flexible with working hours and travel.
