Seeking Experienced Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Autism Support Assistant in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting children and young people with special educational needs, specifically Autism.

About the Job:

The Autism Support Assistant will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide support to students with Autism. Our schools prioritize creating a safe and inclusive environment where students can thrive.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a 2:1 degree related to Psychology from a Top 20 UK University, strong GCSE and A-Level results, and previous SEN Child Centred Experience. You must also possess a passion, commitment, and capability to work with students with SEN.

As an Autism Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with students with Autism and develop your skills and knowledge in this area. Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive ongoing professional development opportunities, a collaborative and supportive working environment, and opportunities for career progression.
