Support Worker for Children with Autism

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker for Children with Autism to join our team in Lambeth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism in one of our partner schools.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and promote their independence. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to each student's needs.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with students with SEN and possess excellent communication skills. A minimum of a 2:1 degree related to Psychology from a Top 20 UK University, as well as previous experience working with SEN students, is required.
Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum.
