Job Opportunity: Autism Support Assistant

Ribbons & Reeves Limited is a leading education recruiter specializing in helping educators secure long-term and permanent roles. We are currently looking for an exceptional Autism Support Assistant to join our client schools in Lambeth.

About the Position:

The Autism Support Assistant will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide support to students with Autism. Our schools prioritize creating a safe and inclusive environment where students can thrive.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a 2:1 degree related to Psychology from a Top 20 UK University, strong GCSE and A-Level results, and previous SEN Child Centred Experience. You must also possess a passion, commitment, and capability to work with students with SEN.

As an Autism Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working with students with Autism and develop your skills and knowledge in this area. Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive ongoing professional development opportunities, a collaborative and supportive working environment, and opportunities for career progression.
