SEN Teaching Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies for supporting children with complex needs
- Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions to children who require additional support
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a reputable UK University
- Qualification in Psychology or related field
- Able to start immediately
Estimated Salary: £24,500 - £26,200 per annum (pro rata) or £480 - £510 per week (paid weekly on a PAYE basis)
