This Autism Support Assistant role presents a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a positive impact. You will work closely with the school's SENCo and Class Teachers to develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to the individual needs of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging learning materials that cater to the needs of students with autism
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil observations and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their social confidence and academic engagement

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: £480 - £520 per week, pro-rata
