Head of Casualty Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Casualty Claims team and contribute to the success of Liberty Specialty Markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a cross-section of Casualty claims, ensuring that the necessary level of expertise is deployed for investigation and resolution.
- Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies, adhering to our Claims Charter and Code of Conduct.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including underwriters, actuaries, brokers, and policyholders, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to business thought leadership, developing new ideas and research to support our underwriting and claims strategies.
- Enhance the exposure and profile of the Claims team through industry events, conferences, and external engagements.
- Ensure compliance with best practice, service, and communication standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
