Job Title: Customer Training Support Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Tech 4 Learners team as a Customer Training Support Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to schools and parents participating in our student 1:1 device programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough support to parents and schools in relation to their device programme, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the Tech 4 Learners programme and parent ordering portal.
  • Manage the parent support phone line, ticket system, and inbox on a daily basis, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and the partnered repair centre to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, providing a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Tech 4 Learners department, identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative role is desirable but not essential.
