About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Structural Repairs Limited. As a key member of our customer service and operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customer service and operations team, including updating our CRM database and performing other administrative tasks as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, colleagues, and external suppliers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Answer customer inquiries: You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our customers.
  • Support colleagues: You will be responsible for supporting colleagues across the business, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely information.
  • Liaise with senior management: You will be responsible for liaising with senior management to resolve queries and ensure that our customers receive high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external suppliers.
  • Administrative experience: You will have at least one year's experience of working in a customer service or administrative role.
  • CRM knowledge: You will have knowledge of CRM systems and be able to use them effectively.
  • Microsoft Office skills: You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure: You will be able to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
