Key Responsibilities- Building and Managing Relationships
You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with our customers, colleagues, and external suppliers. This will involve communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Providing Administration AssistanceYou will provide administrative support to our customer service and operations team, including updating our CRM database and ensuring that all tasks are fully accountable.
Dealing with EnquiriesYou will be responsible for dealing with and resolving inbound enquiries by email and phone, using exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Supporting ColleaguesYou will support colleagues across the business, ensuring that the correct advice is given to customers for the first time.
Liaising with Senior ManagementYou will liaise with colleagues and senior management team to proactively resolve queries and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
Requirements- Experience
You will have at least one year's experience of working in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
Skills and QualitiesYou will possess excellent telephone manner and clear English, with the ability to listen to customers to understand their needs. You will also have strong administration, preparation, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and handle difficult situations.
EducationYou will have a good standard of written and spoken English, with GCSEs including English and Maths, or equivalent.
