Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying purchase invoices, reconciling delivery notes, and ensuring alignment with purchase orders.
  • This includes overseeing the management of the Sales Ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness, as well as monitoring and ensuring timely payments from clients/customers.
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Excel is essential, and proficiency with Sage software is required.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a finance-related role and possess excellent communication skills. This is a standalone position based fully onsite with support from external accountants and line managers.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
