Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Support Specialist to play a key role in the finance team's success. Based in Kidderminster, this opportunity offers a chance to work with an award-winning business.
Key Responsibilities:- Raising and processing sales invoices on behalf of the organisation, utilising our Project Management System and accounts software.
- Processing purchase invoices and employee expenses with attention to detail.
- Supporting Management Accountants in their daily tasks.
- Preparing bank payments and transfers, including overseas and BACS payments.
- Performing reconciliation tasks and reviewing creditor's ledger.
- Assisting with month-end accruals for Work in Progress and profit margins.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in financial software. Salary is approximately £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
