Financial Operations Coordinator

Hewett Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support the company in managing day-to-day financial operations.
- Purchase Ledger: Verify purchase invoices, reconcile delivery notes, and ensure alignment with purchase orders.
- Sales Ledger: Oversee the management of the Sales Ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Credit Control: Monitor and ensure timely payments from clients/customers.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up to date.
- Payroll Admin: Assist with payroll preparation tasks as required by the Managers
- Finance Queries: Manage internal and external finance queries through telephone and email communication.
- Finance Inbox Management: Take ownership of the finance inbox to ensure all queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency with Sage software is essential.
- Previous experience in a finance-related role is required.
- Bookkeeping experience is necessary.
- Credit Control experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
This is a standalone position based fully onsite with support from external accountants and line managers.
