Artnet, a leading platform for buying and selling art online, is currently seeking an experienced intern to support the success of our auctions platform. As a talented individual with a passion for art, you will be responsible for researching, cataloguing, and assessing artworks for sale.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide exceptional writing and research skills to assist in creating detailed lot descriptions. Your knowledge of modern and contemporary art, combined with your experience in art or art history, will be valuable assets in this role.

The ideal candidate will have pursued a degree in art history, English, or a related field and possess excellent organizational skills, allowing them to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry, as well as basic Photoshop skills, is also required.

In exchange for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, making this a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the art industry while developing your skills and knowledge. This part-time and fully remote position offers a dynamic work environment where you can apply your creativity and problem-solving skills to drive results.
