Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide targeted interventions to address complex issues.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans, working closely with clients and other professionals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external agencies, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Salary
  • A recognised qualification in Social Work, such as a BA or MA degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in Children's Services, including experience of undertaking parenting assessments and attending court.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse client groups.
  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £46,500 pa FTE, plus a £1,500 Attraction and Retention award FTE and bonus scheme.
