We are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join our Care Experienced Children's Team, working within our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) framework. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker who can work effectively with children, young people, and their families to assess and support their needs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assessing and supporting vulnerable children and families
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to achieve positive outcomes
  • Providing high-quality supervision and guidance to junior staff members

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career development.
