Child Family Specialist

At Partnerships For Progress Limited, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Child Family Specialist to play a pivotal role in our social services team.

We estimate the salary for this position to be between £38,000 - £46,500 per annum (full-time equivalent), plus an additional £1,500 Attraction and Retention award and bonus scheme.

About the Role:

This is a full-time or part-time position, with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in Children's Services, including experience of undertaking parenting assessments and attending court.
  • Candidates must be over 18 years old and possess a degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required.
