Job Title: Experienced Social Worker
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated social worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct parenting assessments and attend court proceedings as required.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective plans for children's welfare.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to families, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified social worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Children's Services.
- Experience of undertaking parenting assessments and attending court proceedings.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £54,750 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
- Plus £1,500 Attraction and Retention award per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
- Bonus scheme available
