We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team at Partnerships For Progress Limited. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with families to provide support and guidance in caring for their child.
Your key tasks will include conducting parenting assessments, creating individual risk assessments and personal plans, and overseeing the completion of weekly update reports. You will also be required to maintain an overview of family progress and provide timely advice and guidance to the support team.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of safeguarding practices and risk management, as well as the ability to work flexibly and take part in on-call rotas. We are offering a competitive salary of £41,250 per annum, plus benefits including contributory pension scheme, life assurance cover, and private medical insurance.
