Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Brackla, Bridgend. The successful candidate will provide essential care and support to two individuals with learning disabilities, health needs, and physical disabilities.

About the Role
  • The position involves providing personal care, administering medication, preparing meals, and assisting with daily life skills.
  • Experience is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure our staff have the skills required to excel in this role.
Requirements
  • A full manual UK or EU driving license is required to operate mobility vehicles.
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this role, which will be arranged by Dimensions at no cost to the applicant.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
  • Sleep nights are paid at £45.00 per night.
  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time (25 hours per week) options available.
