**Job Title:** Family Support Specialist

**Salary Range:** £23,868 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Family Support Specialist to join our team in the Bridgend area. The successful candidate will work with families who have children with additional needs, including autism and ADHD, providing support and guidance to help them build resilience and coping strategies.

The role involves working in family homes and education settings, offering tailored support to each family through a developed support plan. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some evening work required (6pm - 8pm). Flexible working arrangements can be made to suit the individual, allowing for time off in lieu.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience working with children and young people. A driving license is also essential, as regular travel between family homes and schools is required.
