About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team as a Community Care Companion in Grays. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life while enjoying a fulfilling career in care.

As a Live-In Carer, you will work closely with our client's individual care plan to deliver a high-quality service that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs. Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum 6 months' professional care experience, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to travel.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will assist with daily activities, personal care, and support in managing conditions such as dementia.
  • You will be matched with a client based on your skills and experience, ensuring a seamless transition into your new role.
  • You will work closely with our client's individual care plan to deliver a high-quality service that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Our client requires a Personal Support Worker to provide tailored support and companionship to meet their unique needs. They offer a competitive salary package and a chance to make a real difference in someone's life.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £21,500 - £27,500 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include all UK travel expenses covered, free DBS for England and free PVG if working in Scotland, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
