**Salary:** £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Job Description**
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Little Thurrock, supporting individuals with autism spectrum conditions and other needs in a bespoke supported living service.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support in a personalised and responsive manner, enabling individuals to develop their quality of life and independence.
You will act as a Key Worker, supporting people to achieve their dreams and goals, and work proactively to enable them to develop their skills and confidence in all activities of daily living.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience of working with adults with autism spectrum conditions or similar needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
