**Job Overview:**

Creative Support Ltd, a national charitable organisation, is seeking highly motivated Support Workers to provide care and support in a personalised and responsive manner for individuals with autism spectrum conditions and other needs living in a bespoke supported living service in Little Thurrock.

 

**About the Role:**

Your role will involve providing direct care and support, acting as a Key Worker, and enabling individuals to develop their quality of life and independence. This includes supporting them to build confidence and skills in all activities of daily living, establishing a positive and meaningful lifestyle, and building community connections and relationships with others.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing care and support in a personalised and responsive manner
  • Acting as a Key Worker to support individuals to achieve their dreams and goals
  • Enabling individuals to develop their quality of life and independence

 

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work shifts and be flexible and reliable. A variety of shift patterns will be offered. We will support you with excellent training so that you can practice confidently and competently and develop your career as a Support Worker.

 

**Salary & Benefits:**

The estimated salary for this role is £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive excellent training opportunities and a supportive working environment.
