At Scottish Action for Mental Health, we are committed to providing high-quality support services to individuals with mental health issues. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will work with individuals to identify their strengths, issues, and goals, and will provide direct emotional wellbeing and practical support to improve their mental health and wellbeing. This will involve working with people on a 1-2-1 or group basis, in people's homes and communities, to assess their needs and link them with meaningful supports within their community.

We are looking for someone with great people skills who is honest, reliable, and resilient in challenging situations. Ideally, you will have experience supporting people with mental health problems, key-working, and case management. You will be allocated to a service base but may be required to work flexibly across other local area services.
