Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) (RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Wallace Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individual care plans
- Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality and patient outcomes
- Participate in training and CPD to enhance knowledge and skills
