About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead our digital transformation programme, focusing on data management and technology change. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic roadmaps, providing project leadership, and driving meaningful change within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the data transformation programme and portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Implement programme structure and ways of working, fostering a culture of trust in data and its utilization.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and project timelines, collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions.
  • Partner with matrix teams to deliver digital change, leveraging data insights and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and programme progress.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a focus on data transformation and technology change.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement programme roadmaps, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of data management practices, including data integration, accuracy, and literacy.
