Residential Care Assistant - Opportunities for Career Growth

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Assistant to join our team at The Grange Care Centre. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Participating in holistic caring activities, including social events and recreational programs.
  • Collaborating with senior staff to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in residents' condition.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for working with older adults.
  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a residential setting.
  • NVQ2 / SVQ2 or QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care or Care.
