Care Home Senior Leader

The Grange Care Centre is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to lead, develop, and coordinate a team of care workers.
This role requires a caring individual who can understand and meet the unique needs of each resident, promoting independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective care plans, ensuring residents receive appropriate support and care.
- Lead and manage a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care to residents.
- Assist residents with daily tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and mobility.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any hazards or equipment issues to management.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- NVQ 3/MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
- Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home.
- Passion for caring for the elderly.
- Experience with medication administration.
