Lead Care Worker Job Description

The Grange Care Centre is looking for an exceptional Lead Care Worker to join our dedicated team.

This role involves developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care to residents.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, including personal care, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans, ensuring residents receive appropriate support and care.
  • Report any hazards or equipment issues to management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • NVQ 3/MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home.
  • Passion for caring for the elderly.
  • Experience with medication administration.
