Job Summary

This is a dynamic role that requires a dedicated individual to provide support to children with various needs in a residential setting.

The salary for this position is £26,500 - £29,925 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide essential support to children, encompassing personal care, domestic tasks, and transportation. You will also assist with homework, manage medication, and attend health appointments.

You will work closely with the team to update care plans, complete risk assessments, and ensure thorough handovers to maintain consistency in their care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to children with varying needs
  • Assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Transport children to school and attend health appointments
  • Manage medication and assist with homework
  • Work collaboratively with the team to update care plans and complete risk assessments
