Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Deputy Home Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking to take their career to the next level and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of care to mainly elderly service users with a range of general nursing needs. You will create and work with person-centred care plans, accurately maintain service user records, administer medication, monitor and assess needs, and lead a team of carers.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong clinical skills, a clean DBS, good references, and awareness of core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting. Ideally, you will have experience within a nursing home background and exceptional standards, with a willingness to put the care of our residents at the forefront of everything that is done.

We offer a competitive salary of £18.50 per hour, 36 or 48 hours per week on a rota basis, paid handover, 25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays increasing to 30 days plus bank holidays with length of service, and many more benefits.
