Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to country operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
  • Develop and implement HR projects to improve HR services and processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management teams to deliver the people agenda for the business.
  • Use data to inform decisions, mitigate risk, and drive change.
  • Manage complex cases and provide coaching and training to develop capability and enhance performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in generalist HR Business Partnering with senior management teams.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive change.
  • Complex case management experience.
  • Experience of managing and delivering HR projects.
  • Working knowledge and experience of international labour law and its application.
