Overview

Flagship Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join its team at Keswick Multi-Care Center.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for therapy screens, evaluations, daily treatment sessions, and discharge programs. This role requires good physical and mental health status, as you will be walking/standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment. Daily documentation will be done electronically via Optima Healthcare Solutions. A minimum weekly productivity of 85% is expected.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a master's or doctorate of Physical Therapy, a State License for the state in which services are being provided, and CPR certification. You should also be dependable and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served.
