We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Flagship Rehabilitation. In this role, you will work with our seniors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting therapy screenings and evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing daily treatment sessions, and documenting services rendered. You will also have the opportunity to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and participate in discharge planning.

Estimated Salary: $82,000 - $89,400 per year

Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting therapy screenings and evaluations to identify areas of need
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
- Providing daily treatment sessions to seniors, including transfers, exercises, and activities
- Billing and documentation of services rendered using Net Health (formerly Optima HCS)
- Discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions to home or other care settings
- Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- Certification from NBCOT
- State license for the state in which services are being provided
- CPR certification
