We are looking for a full-time receptionist to work in our stunning Spa at Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa, near Keswick, Cumbria. These are 8 hour shifts with 3 different shift patterns, earliest start is 6.45am and latest start is 11.30am. Mainly Monday to Friday but ability to cover at a weekend in exceptional circumstances would be desirable.

The Spa at Armathwaite Hall Hotel is an Award-Winning Spa set within 400-acres of countryside in the Lake District National Park.

As a Spa Receptionist you will work within our strong and supportive team ensuring the delivery of the highest level of customer care to our guests. As you will often be the first and last person that guests meet, it is vital that you ensure a warm, welcoming experience and thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a high attention to detail, be organised and deliver excellent communication and administration services.

**The successful Spa Receptionist will have the following experience and skills**:

- To optimise Spa bookings and sales
- To accurately record reservations
- Good interpersonal and written communication
- Passion for Customer Service - meet and greet our guests.
- Previous experience in a receptionist role
- Beauty/Spa knowledge would be advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm and deal with situations in a professional manner.
- Cash up at end of shift
- Fluent English
- Ability to juggle workload and be flexible.
- Attention to detail, including a high standard of personal presentation.
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
- Be friendly, approachable, and professional.
