**Responsibilities**:

- Extend a warm and friendly welcome to our guests, members and apartment owners.
- Efficiently handle inquiries, bookings, and requests from customers, members, and guests.
- Provide information to callers and visitors.
- Daily administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, billing, managing
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Always maintain a professional and approachable attitude.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week
