Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist at Flagship Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing therapy screening, evaluations, daily treatment sessions, billing, and documentation. You will also supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and participate in discharge planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Occupational Therapy, certification from NBCOT, and a State License for the state in which services are being provided. You must also have good physical and mental health status, as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.
