**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Complete HealthVizion. As a Medical Director, you will play a key role in the delivery of our medical communications products and services to meet the needs of our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take day-to-day responsibility for client services and deliverables, combining medical writing with scientific leadership, and therapy area insight with creativity.
- Lead individual projects and uphold the quality of all outputs while bringing out the best of our internal teams and proactively managing any project-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective medical communications strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
**Requirements**
- Life sciences degree with a multi-therapy area background.
- Excellent writing and briefing/reviewing skills over a wide range of project types.
- Proven experience in medical communications, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
